“ The Fundamentals of Screen Printing In this lesson, I'll talk to you about what screen printing is and how you can put an image on a silk screen to repeat something consistently across a piece of material. Screen printing is a binary process whereby the ink is either passing through the mesh of the screen or it's not. There is a special coating on the screen that blocks the ink from passing through the fabric mesh that's stretched over the screen. This is the silk screen with a design on it.
