“In this lesson, I'll show you my process for finalizing your illustration in black and white. Let's start. Now that I have my document set up, I'm going to start adding line work and black and white flats to start the process of the final illustration. Like with the sketch that I've done before, I'm going to start from the foreground and work towards the background. Sometimes if the characters are particularly complex, I might start with them and then build around. But for this piece, I'm just going to be starting with foreground.
