Begin with an overview of the essential tools and materials for the final project. Then grab what you need and get to work on the first piece: a made-to-fit serving tray for a coffee table. Build a mold, cast the mixture, and polish the finished product.
Repeat the process to create your table. Design the individual parts and build molds for each one based on their dimensions before mixing the concrete and casting the shapes.
Once they're dry, assemble the parts, smooth over the rough edges, and give it all a protective coating.
To round out the course, Giorgio and Gabriele demonstrate how to clean up and mend your molds to use for future projects.
