“Influences One of the influences that allowed me to learn how to work is being a mother. When you have children, especially small children, you must learn how to multitask, how to come up with new ideas on the go. You have to be an expert at managing your time. You have to be open to unexpected things. This allowed me to create my own shortcuts and at the same time be open to getting frustrated and having to reinvent processes and learn on the go. I would say that motherhood to me, at least, allowed me to learn and to be open to self-improve constantly. Something else is that I had to learn...”
