“Overlap and Sweep In this lesson we’ll continue looking at two ways of interpreting the movement of a figure in the street. We will call the first “overlap” and the second we will call “sweep.” To do so, we're going to use a video of a person walking that we recorded on the street. What we’ll actually do is place several positions of this movement on top of each other. That's why we call it overlapping.
