Time to create your decoration! Start by transferring the design onto fabric. Then build a frame to stretch your fabric onto before punching your design using the techniques from earlier in the course. Use the adjustable punch needle to create texture and dimension in your work.
Remove your fabric from the frame and trim the border. Then use adhesive to attach your mirror. Add a felt backing to complete your piece professionally. To wrap up the course, Adeline explains how to apply different finishing touches to turn your piece into a wall hanging or rug.

Adeline Wang is a punch needle artist and designer from China. She studied financial management, and later tourism and sports management in France before going on to work for magazines and event companies. She later moved to South Korea, where she attended a leather craft workshop and fell in love with the process of creating by hand. She opened her own Etsy shop and began experimenting with a variety of crafts, from calligraphy and illustration to jewelry making and, of course, punch needling, which she now specializes in.
Since then, Adeline has collaborated with brands such as Michael’s, The UPS Store, I Can Make Shoes, Original Booties, Hudson Valley Seed Company, and Riverhead Books. She also shares and sells her creations online under the name ByAdelineWang.
