UX Design: Create a Learning Strategy

Ioana Teleanu is a UX designer and mentor from Bucharest, Romania. She’s the founder of the UX Goodies community on Instagram, which has over 225K followers, as well as the Mento Design Academy boot camp. Ioana started out working at a bank, but taught herself UX, and in 2015, became a full-time designer.

She has worked in enterprises like ING Bank and UiPath, but also within smaller companies and startups. She created educational content for companies like Adobe, Editor X, Spline, and Notion. Through her boot camp and courses, she has been able to help many clients to jump-start their careers in UX, and has interviewed an array of design leaders such as Alan Cooper, Jakob Nielsen, Andy Budd, Chris Do, Stephen Gates, and many more.
