Expressive Architectural Sketching with Colored Markers

Loved this course! So inspired I went and bought a bunch of markers and have been playing nonstop since watching it. Very easy to understand and I loved how encouraging this teacher is— don’t worry about being perfect- just draw and keep working.

I really enjoyed the course. Besides helping me get back into drawing at all, it helped me loosen up my rather tightly controlled pen & ink work. I'm buying the teacher's book online!

I am interesting ink drawing and watercolor. But this course give me to use marker with ink.such good challenge

A really enjoyable and useful course. Lots of good information on the various techniques for the differenty types of markers, great tips and tricks and plenty of inspiration. Good pace.

I enjoyed this course. I like the skewed building style and wanted to learn more about how to create it. Albert offers good instruction on the drawing, and does an excellent job demonstrating his marker technique. I like the boxy look of the markers, and he offers a line drawing of his demo so you can practice your marker technique before moving on to your own project. Even though markers are not archival, the artwork can be scanned and printed out using archival materials.

The course made me aware of a new way to look at building and a new approach to architectural design which matches with my inclination towards comic-inspired art. I liked the structure and the teacher's methodical and illustrative steps in every unit. Only the final project came as a bit of anti-climax. I expected more feedback from the teacher on my efforts. Above all, thank you Albert for the inspiration and for sharing your art with us.
