Every day we come across websites, posts on social networks, and imprecise UX content that lead to bad practices, since they misinform. Miguel Baeza reflects on the importance of developing an adequate practice of the discipline so that better products can be created.
His process begins with listening. Once you understand the problem, he designs deliverables based on the results of the research he carries out. Depending on the project, they can be wireframes, journey maps, mental models, among others.
In this course, you will learn what UX is, the differences between omnichannel and multichannel, how to choose and apply research methods, how to analyze and synthesize research, and how to redesign the omnichannel experience.

In the first unit, Miguel Baeza will tell you about his beginnings in the User Experience (UX), his influences, learning and growth.
You will learn the essential definitions to work on creating an omnichannel experience: what it is, how to create one, and what processes and design techniques will help to achieve it.
In the next few lessons, you will carry out the research process to evaluate your work. You will define the business problem, you will transform it into a human research question and you will choose the methods to apply.
Also, you will learn to create personas, customer journey maps and service blueprint. Finally, you will understand how to propose your strategy, create an omnichannel experience model, its transitions between channels, collaborations between areas of the organization, KPIs and the roadmap opportunities.
You will design a plan to investigate the omnichannel experience of any product or service, and then define how to deliver the desired experience.

Anyone who wants to learn UX and omnichannel experience.
You will not need to have any previous knowledge of UX.
