“Station and Stencil Setup In this lesson we will briefly review the setup of your table. First, it is important that you clean your hands and put on gloves. They can be latex or nitrile. With your sanitizing liquid, disinfect your workstation. Lay food-grade plastic on top of your workstation. Try to cover all the edges of your table so there are no uncovered areas. Put a barrier on your plastic. Secure it with tape. Make sure it reaches the edge of your table so that it doesn't move. You can also use pomade in the corners at the bottom of this or you can fix it with magnets. You choose how...”
