Proved fairly useful for me. Gives the basic lowdown on what creatives need to upgrade from copywriters/art directors to creative directors with a larger vision about projects. And helps streamline the thinking process for each brief.

Ray could add a bit of zing to his speaking style, though :P - had to watch most videos at 1.25X speed.
