Children’s Character Creation: Techniques and Styles

Antonella Fant studied graphic design at the Universidad Blas Pascal in Córdoba, Argentina, but everything she knows about illustration she learned by herself through years of practice spanning back to her childhood. Overtime, she developed a distinct personal style, which she continues to enrich by exploring other art forms, such as digital collage and embroidery, and combining them with illustration.

She currently works as an illustrator for children's literature and educational platforms, collaborating with publishers like Mavericks, Igloobooks, Capstone, SM, Edelvives, and more. She has also participated in a variety of contests and was selected as the Dibujante Destacada 2020 at the ADA Awards (Asociación de Dibujantes de la Argentina).
