“And now let's head into the audio settings. we have the option to change our format. I'm usually leaving it on AAC versus MPEG. And we have the option to change the codec. Again, i'm usually leaving that on AAV. Sample bitrate, we're going for the highest, 48,000 hertz. And stereo, stereo is going to be both speakers, left and right. Mano is going to be one.
