Jeff Fajans is a creative coach from Dallas, Texas. He received a PhD in Positive Organizational Psychology at Claremont Graduate University, where he studied under the author of Flow, Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi. He is currently based in Denver, Colorado, where he is a full-time creative leadership coach for clients in creative industries around the world.
Throughout his career, he has helped clients like marketing executives, CEOs, startup founders, filmmakers, and artists reach their creative goals. He has worked as Head of Talent and Organization Development for agencies like Midnight Oil, IMAGINE, and QuiteOften. Jeff is also a passionate musician, and has been a guitar player and music creator for the past 25 years.
