Salma El Kashef is a filmmaker and photographer based in Cairo. She started working on drama series in her native Egypt. This experience opened her eyes to new aspects of cinema and dealing with actors. It helped her develop her cinematic style, which she would later employ collaborating with clients like Samsung, Palm Hills, and Nescafé. She directed a Mother’s Day campaign with Egyptian jewelry designer Azza Fahmy and has hosted photography exhibitions at some of Cairo’s most historic and ancient buildings.
