About the final project for: Agenda Organization for Energy and Time Management

Agenda Organization for Energy and Time Management

“We have reached the end! I hope you feel ready to start building the timetable that gets you closer to your goals and objectives. You have the tools to own your time, energy, and every aspect of your agenda. Before saying goodbye, I'd like to give you some final tips. Sunday Funday: Choose a time on Sunday that fits you. Open your Cal and book everything as we've practiced for the next two weeks (if you can more… even better, but I find it less effective); make sure to book things you know will happen, like anniversaries, ahead of time as well. Take a screenshot of your Cal for the next two weeks that you can share. If there's something private you don't want to share, feel free to write down "personal time."

Make sure that your next two weeks follow your plan. Then, next Sunday, you do the same, keeping in mind that there will always be a week overlap. This allows you to make any changes to what you planned last Sunday. Try categories/labels in your Cal and come up with what your final categories will be, so moving forward, when you look at your Cal, you'll know at a glance what will be occupying your time and if you need to rearrange anything. Create your own One Sheeter: That's going to be your new way of arranging your time, energy, and productivity. On a single page, take note of your preferred amount of time for meetings, the time you're going to commit to active pauses & wellbeing, what energizes and what doesn't, your colors/categories. This one page will become your new guide moving forward. Stick to it. Print it out and leave it visible, so it's easier to stick to your new routine and your new rules.
Do the test: Do you remember the test in the first lesson? Please do it again after implementing this for a week. Hopefully, your score has gone up! Do share with the community. Finally, I want to invite you to share your progress and results. You might see them in a few weeks and bigger ones in a few months, once you've made these techniques part of your life, and the conversation with your peers can keep us motivated and on track! Thank you very much for joining me in this course. See you soon! ”

“Final Project Congratulations, you made it here. You made it till the end. Now you're an expert in time management, sorry, time? Energy management, distraction management. You know everything about your focus and your ability to keep it throughout the day. But I don't want to say goodbye before I leave you with a couple of things that I want you to remember, to keep in mind all the time. The first thing that I always want you to remember is that your calendar is based on your energy, nothing else. Try to avoid back-to-back meetings that maybe are draining for you. Always remember to juggle ...”
