Contains a few interesting ideas, techniques and useful tips. But it really is just a few. The course is bloated by repetition, disclaimers, safety warnings and repetition.
I'd estimate there's about 15min worth of actual content.

Please do remember that if you are more than five years old and don't like being warned repeatedly about banal safety issues, this course might not be the one for you. Please be sure to consult your physician if you have any doubts whether this applies to you.
