Character Creation from Observational Drawings

I love how Sarah encourages us to just draw and be less inhibited by the imperfections of our drawings, as they will be taken care of the more we practise :) Much recommended for anyone who would like to take the plunge into the world of illustration... like me!

I loved this course just as her first one. I really taught me how to use a regular photo as reference to create a character.

I enjoyed the course, especially experimenting with all the different art materials that Sarah uses.

She teaches you mixed media illustration with a very practical and simple approach. Very dutch style hehehe

Sarah's courses are always a must purchase for me! She's really changed how I approach drawing and mixed media. She makes it so simple and accessible!

I loved this class! Sarah is such a well spoken teacher, I thought her instructional videos for this course were easy to follow! I loved the fact that we had tasks to do, it was such much fun to go out and observe people around us and sketch them. Using the markers, color pencils and my other supplies with the color palette to see the texture and color combinations was helpful!!! I loved this course so much that I already signed up for Sarah’s other course! Thanks Sarah. : >

I love the way Sarah simplifies the way we draw and paint. That does not mean simplifying is easy but it’s not hard either. For me it makes doing artwork more fun and exciting as opposed to realism.
