Nivule + Pesci Rossi
A course by Nivule + Pesci Rossi
Novella was born into a very creative family and has never been a follower of current trends, always opting for her own signature style. After studying fashion design at the IED in Milan, she did some work experience at a small tailor's in Florence as well as at a bag-making company while working on her personal projects in her spare time. This is how she came to found Nivule, where she started to create her own dresses to sell on Etsy.
Tania has been fascinated by fashion and sewing since she was a girl, especially by the materials and textures of fabrics. After studying at AFOL Moda, she began to work in artisanal tailoring. Later on, she collaborated with a theater company and an artist, both of which left their mark on her style, until in 2011, she founded her own brand Pesci Rossi.
That same year, Novella and Tania crossed paths at A/mano Market in the the Italian city of Plasencia, and in 2015, they decided to join their hands and minds thus giving birth to Nivule + Pesci Rossi. They immediately began collaborating with graphic artists and illustrators to create dresses with truly unique prints.
