Introduction to Illustration of Characters with Gouache and India Ink

Self-taught artist Andonella has managed to make a name for herself in the Mexican illustration scene with her cheeky and colorful characters. Her work is full of portraits, inspired by real people and the scenes that arise from her imagination, characterized by humor and irreverence.

Her work has been published in different digital and print media such as Vice magazine, Juxtapoz, and Nylon, and in publishers such as Planeta, Penguin Random House, and Santillana. In addition, she made the graphic identity of the Mextilo, memoria de la moda mexicana characters, is co-author of the book #AmigaDateCuenta: una guía para la vida, has worked with Pictoline and has collaborated with different brands such as H&M, Nike, and Ponds.
