“In this lesson, we're going to paint the focal point, which is the barn. There are a few things that you need to think about when you're doing your focal point. First of all, you want to have a little bit more detail on your focal point than the rest of the painting. On top of that, it's nice with a few sharp contrasts as well. because this is an effective way to catch the viewer's attention. Before we start applying paint on the barn, we have to remove the masking fluid. And remember, this is something that you easily do with the tip of your finger.
