About the final project for: Professional Magazine Design with Adobe InDesign

Professional Magazine Design with Adobe InDesign

“We have reached the end of this editorial journey, I hope you have enjoyed this course as much as I did doing it, I also hope that at this point you are completely in love with magazines and decided to complete your project with more articles and sections. Remember that each magazine is unique because there is no single way to make it, everything will depend on your creativity and the ingredients that, as a designer or art director, you decide to put into that recipe. I want to remind you of some key points that will help you when designing your own publication: Creating the master page and defining the paragraph and character styles will be very useful to create the basis of the design of the entire magazine, in this way, you will have saved all the characteristics that will allow you or third parties to give shape the pages of the magazine, without straying from the defined editorial line.

It is important organize the work material , check the quality of the photos and the format of the text files before starting work. Organize the themes of the magazine in the path to be able to make a preview of the structure that the final product will have.
Whether for short sections or long articles, it is always important to think about which texts and images coexist in harmony within the design, but above all, let your creativity fly, since there is no right or wrong way to diagram the most risky ideas , the best designs come out
The cover is the face of a magazine and in addition to being the first page it is also the most important since it will be its design and artistic direction that people will fall in love with and want to discover the rest of the content or just ignore it.
There are many options to show our work as editorial designers apart from printing a magazine, we can publish it on digital kiosks in order to turn it into a digital publication or display it in your portfolio or social networks. And that would be all from me. I am eager to see your project! I also invite you to participate in the forum, all your advice and comments will enrich the content of this course. I will be happy to read you and attend to your concerns. See you soon! ”
