Basic Principles of Drawing People from Imagination

Caveating this with the fact I'm only on Unit 1 but so far it's been great. The only downside is the somewhat artsy camera angles. When you're drawing forms in perspective, and occasionally the camera goes to the top left of the drawing rather than overhead, it can get quite difficult to follow. Tom himself is a really clear communicator and I find his instructions very easy to follow

This was a good class and I learned some valuable and helpful information. Tom packs tons of information into each unit and I believe I got more from his course because I had some drawing experience and had taken some foundational courses before this one.

It actually took me several years of practice before I could finally take away something truly valuable from this course, which surprised me. If you don’t yet have much drawing or creative experience, this course may not be very helpful. Many of the key points only really make sense after you’ve practiced and experienced them yourself.
The instructor explains things with very clear logic, which is especially helpful when you’re trying to break through a plateau.
