The best is including inorganic material because they never react too much. If you like to put alive elements like flowers, plants, whatever, fruits, you're taking some risks. Why? Because the resin is still breathing. So it means that the decay of the elements is still acting. A banana will be drying inside of the resin. So we won't keep the colors.
