Andrea said, ''anything that doesn't fit into reality can fit into fiction.'' A former work friend said, ''you're speaking to the wrong audience'' (No one at work cared about my take on 'the REALITY of the world.' lol) Now this course is, for me, like a set of filters that I overlay on my current story - filters such as 'the world a story inhabits,' & 'examples from various authors,' etc. Such 'filters' help me to consider making worlds where my writing can find its own 'fit' & 'audience.'

Aún no he terminado el curso, pero me está gustado muchísimo. Andrea te aporta un montón de recursos super interesantes, así como explicaciones dinámicas y entretenidas. Con ella estoy aprendiendo un montón de ideas básicas a las que no le había prestado atención hasta el momento y sin duda, lo que más me gusta es como nos hace plantearnos preguntas para nuestras historias. Para mi es un curso 100% recomendado

The presenter has given a lot of information through her exposition and resources. Having been writing for quite a while, but without any formal training, I was really surprised at how much I have been able to take from this online course. I filled half a notebook with notes that I took during her presentations and those in the resources. I'm really happy that I decided to take this course and would easily recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their writing and their world-building.

This is one you’ll want to have with you on your writing journey! A lot of tips and resources to get you started with the world of fantasy and scifi literature. The lessons are explained well with lots of helpful insights about structure and voice. Also, the reading materials Andrea linked on each unit are ample and very helpful. This course is definitely something I can consult overtime and find myself learning something new each time.
