About the final project for: Illustrated Characters with Paper

Creation of illustrated characters on paper

“We have reached the end of this course. Thank you very much for having accompanied me until here! I hope I have infected you with my fascination for this technique and continue creating and playing with paper. Before we say goodbye, I would like to make a summary to remember what we learned in five words: Play To find our characters, or for them to find us. Play seriously, without being afraid of making mistakes and without thinking about the usefulness of what you are doing, just enjoy the moment you are creating.

Develop The characters that were born from the game and get them to act, move and express themselves to your liking so that they become the protagonists of a professional illustration.
Project For this, think about what situation you are going to illustrate, what the context will be and what format to use. He then designs a sketch to define the staging. And finally, decide on the color palette and produce or collect your own papers.
Build The final project now that you have all the necessary ingredients: characters, situation, context, format, the staging sketch, the color palette and your collection of wonderful papers
Share I invite you to participate in the forum so that we can be in contact. It is important that you upload your tasks, but also that you observe and comment on those of your classmates. Surely reading those comments will help you for your own work. We are going to build the forum as a team.

We had a wonderful games marathon so we could find our characters, or they could find us. Then we performed a selection and chose the ones that could tell our story the best. We made paper sketches to...”
