Passionate about the audiovisual world from a young age, Helena Palau studied audiovisual communication at the Universitat Autònomo de Barcelona, later specializing in advertising photography and videography. Her work is aimed at shedding light on social inequality, the climate crisis, and feminism.
Throughout her career, she's created content for brands and companies worldwide, including Planeta, Adobe, Oysho, Brava, 51Trips, Miki Travel Asia, Sea2See, and the NGO Petits Detalls. She has been sharing her experiences with her 65K Instagram followers since 2018 and is currently well-known on TikTok not only for her videos with exciting optical effects and transitions, but also her humor. Additionally, she is author of the book Supongamos que viajo sola, published by Arpa Editores.
