This course is fantastic! Catarina is a great instructor and the lessons are clear, concise and very informative. Everything you need to know about starting a career designing picture books is covered in this course. The lessons are also really fun and inspiring!

This course is such a great introduction to how picture books work. Even though it focuses on wordless picture books, I would even recommend it to writers who are trying to understand the mechanics of picture books. Catarina explains things very well and provides timely and enthusiastic feedback on the discussion boards. I highly recommend this course.

This is one of the best two courses I've taken with Domestika thus far. It covers knowledge that no other picturebook/illust courses I've seen have touched on. (Honestly, the Picturebooks: Definition and Mechanics unit is brilliant.) The colour theory chapter is outstanding compared to others out there. The exercises are well built. Really can't recommend this course enough. Thank you Catarina for putting so much care and consideration into building this course. 10000 out of 5 stars. :)
