We like to think of the memory that people have when they visit a space and we try to make a diagram of this experience, thinking what will be the touch points that the visitor will have, or what kind of interaction they will have with the staff. It's a very specific discipline, there is a certain amount of workload in these drafting of the experience. We try to make it simple somehow and follow a methodology which is basically defining the experience in three different moments, which are how to attract, seduce and convince....”
