About the final project for: Coloring Photos with Watercolor
Coloring Photos with Watercolor
“We have reached the end of the course and I want to thank you for having chosen and accompanied me here! I hope you have had a good time along the way and end with the good feeling of having learned something new. Now that you know the techniques, take the opportunity to experiment, create, go beyond. Choose your own colors for paints, brushes, papers and design themes. Do not forget that when working with watercolor, chance and apparent error can be a pleasant surprise and can add something very special to your final work. Work with an open heart, let yourself be inspired by everything that is around you, that crosses your path and, above all, count on the beauty that is within you. The important thing is to take advantage of each painted photo as an opportunity for technical and creative improvement. Work with patience, layer by layer, giving you time to feel and internalize your knowledge. The coloring of photographs through watercolor is a living process and you will always be learning about it. I keep surprising myself today! In order for you to better observe some details, I also share here some of the steps of my creative process until I reach my finished triptych.
