Illustrating and Writing a Children's Book

Valentina is a wonderully passionate teacher with plenty to share on the process of creating illustrated stories. I love how immersive the course feels along with a vast range of influences.

Eu adorei o curso! Meu objetivo era aprender mais da parte escrita para histórias. A Valentina deu várias dicas de como criar personagens e profundidade para criar uma história.

This is a well organized course with an experienced illustrator. Her thorough and clear explanation of the steps for creating, writing and preparing a book for young readers takes the mystery out of the process. It gives the tools that any new illustrator/ author (like myself) needs to begin their creative journey but leaves enough room for me to eventually find my own voice. I highly recommend this course.

I enjoyed doing this course. It inspired me to get to my next story and start making illustrations. Thanks Valentina for this very informative course.

A very good course, comprehensive and yet light hearted. An interesting way of using simple materials to produce very distinctive illustrations.
What happened to the hamster?
The English subtitles were a bit clumsy sometimes and "he" and "she" and "it" got mixed up!
