“Vectorising Your Characters In this lesson we'll prep your character for 3D and we'll build it with vector lines in Illustrator. Let's have a look. We're gonna start by bringing in our image into Illustrator. We should have a simple line drawing image of your characters, no perspective, just front on, preferably black and whites. And I'm gonna drop down the Opacity, lock that keep on the back layer and I can use it as my guide. I'm gonna check as well that I've got my snaps on, Snap to Grid and Snap to Point. We'll use a few methods to turn these into the foundations of our 3D models. Let's...”
