For black and white photography, choosing the shot in RAW + JPEG will help you in your photographs, this will make the camera generate the two files, the RAW with all the information and the JPG in black and white. The purpose is to be able to preview the scene without colors. To activate it go to your camera options, set the shot to RAW + JPEG and in the image styles choose the monochrome style. ”
