I enjoyed this course. She spreads right across motivation, avoiding distractions and creating a conducive work spaces, whereas I would have preferred more examples of how to use the diary technique which was advertised.

En mi opinión muy buenos contenidos maravillosamente explicados por Mónica.

All of the onscreen text is in Spanish and there is not an equivalent English Language Visual. They have overdubbed the original speaker into English audio but the lack of English Visual information is really disappointing. I don't mean any disrespect to Spanish speakers I just wish that this course had a warning on it that it isn't fully translated into English and that it is more suitable to a Spanish speaking audience.

This course helped so much with my planning. Her visual way of showing how she does it, made me also immediately went out buy the post-its and started to plan. I really liked how she explains everything in detail, and also didn't make such a fuss with a perfect diary, as long as the work get done and the ticks is there I am happy!! Thanks Monica for the extra units on how our brains function. It really put everything in to perspective to me.
