About the final project for: Portrait Photography: Studio Direction and Production

Portrait Photography: Studio Direction and Production

“We're done! But let us remember that it is the beginning to continue creating and inspiring us as many times as necessary, continue making images, do not be left with the desire, be in constant search of working with new teams to continue nourishing ourselves with more people and have more ideas. Remember that there are many photographers in the world, therefore, regardless of the project you work on, it is important that you be very clear about the style that defines you, your personal touch , as this will make your work is recognized and attracts new clients. Next, I share the process that I have followed to carry out my project, it can be of help to carry out yours. Remember to share the process of your final project, (it will also appear in your Domestika portfolio), by clicking on the "create your project" button. Land your ideas I made a mood board, in which I had a visual support of my ideas. It helped me to always stay on the right path to achieve my project with the style I wanted, without losing my personal stamp. The moodboard was also useful for me to select my work team and for them to better understand the idea of the project that we elaborated together. Always keep in mind that you are doing collaborative work and that everyone's ideas add up to generate a better result!

Prepare everything before the session Before coming to the set to do the project, I prepared the essentials, the use of different lenses helped me to have different results. I studied the type of framing I had to take to get the best shots. I made a lighting scheme earlier that served as a guide.
Let's go to set! Since everything was ready, I gathered my team on set, once again we went over the mood board. Once we finished this we got to work, a part of the team started working with our model and others started the assembly of the set.
The shooting! We arrived at the most awaited moment, the key to everything is teamwork. I gave specific directions to my model; Always taking care that she felt comfortable, to achieve the result that she was looking for so much, we prepared the sets, the costumes and the makeup according to the type of work we did.
Final result Finally, I used my own post-production method, I gave the final touches to the photos so that they will be as neat as possible and thus be able to develop them.
I can't wait to see your final project, I'm sure it will be amazing! I am very happy to have helped you and to continue helping you as much as possible, do not hesitate to contact me. I send you a big virtual hug and I hope to read you soon. ”

“Final project Before finishing, I want you to see a summary of what we saw throughout the course. To start preparing for our session, we analyze the references of other portraitists and thus take what we like about them, from poses and lighting to colors, costumes and more. Then I showed you a bit of my work, both commercial and editorial, and how I have managed to have my own style within this industry. It is important that you keep it in mind, since it will be what defines why a client works with you. Then we work on the mood board, where, thinking about what result we want to achieve, it...”
