He then spent 12 years traveling, exploring, and working with design in different countries. He ended up living in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, where he currently has his home and workshop.

He specializes in hand-painted cabinets with his own designs, unifying his two specialties. Generally, he sells them to private collectors.
