“Creating The Final Drawing Now that we finished interpreting and depicting the text, creating the thumbnails and brainstorming, and also doing the drawing, we've reached the point where we can do the final illustration using Adobe Illustrator, so let me show you how. First thing, I placed the sketch onto the Artboard and then I always lock it. The next thing I'm gonna do is add another layer and place the first layer underneath the pencil layer because my vector drawing actually exists beneath the pencil line.
