“Creating the Sketchbook PURE WEA'S In this lesson we will fill in the sketchbook with the objects from the image bank. The choice of objects for me is always random. I draw as I look at objects and some call to me. But I always try to balance one in more detail with another with less detail to add visual weight in the image. I play a lot with scales too. For example, sometimes I make a chair smaller than a cup, which obviously is not real. But I play with it and with the scales to compose my illustration.
