Alberto Rodríguez has a unique way of synthesizing and decomposing everyday objects and turning them into graphic pieces of first level. Have you ever designed a calendar? My name is Alberto Rodriguez and since 2002 I have been dedicated to illustration and graphic design. Since then, I have done some work for clients or personal projects. Some of them have appeared on websites such as Smashing Magazine, Abduzeedo, Tipographic Posters Netdiver, Changethethought, and publications such as My Own Business Card (Index Book), Select J (Index Book), and Handmade Fonts (Linksbook)
I have also made some collective or individual exhibitions all over the world, some of them are: Nomonotono in Studio Banana, Les Enfants Terribles in Illescas Cultural Center, Ice in Barfutura, Kill Your Idols in Midday Girl, Nonstopnerds in Heimatdesign (Dortmund), Daily inspiration Cosmo (BCN)
My work is based on simple shapes and not very saturated colors, with this line of work, I create illustrations, logos and lettering. I have worked for Think Faest, Ultra types, Yorokobu, Camaloon, and Sleigh Editions among others.
