I really enjoy this course, love the way it is presented.

Fito's calm presence and clear instruction are gold. As an English-speaker, I had to watch each video two or three times to catch all the words and the visuals as well, but it was a pleasure to do so.
It is personally empowering to learn to attend to our feelings, to validate and explore them further as a basis for creative expression that others can truly connect to. The instruction on connecting to creativity in a step-by-step way that expands an initial emotional inspiration is powerful
