Realistic Human Figure Drawing
“Congratulations, you have finished the course! As you have seen throughout the lessons, learning to draw the human figure is a long distance race and not a speed race. I want you to draw lesson by lesson with me, following each step scrupulously, and, most importantly, dedicating all the necessary time to it. This time will vary from student to student, but you must understand that more important than the result are the process, the degree of analysis that you will be able to develop, the vision that this exercise can amplify in yourself and the use that you can give to that tool in your next exercises. I recommend that you use Peter for this work because he is an optimal reference and because my own analysis will facilitate and boost yours, but if you wish to use another reference, make sure that the photograph is in focus, illuminated so that the shadows they draw are read the reliefs, and that the pose itself is dynamic and interesting. Above all, choose a reference to which you want to give your time and love, because your drawing will need it. Don't forget to upload your progress to the forum so I can take a look, and be patient if I can't give you feedback right away, I'll try to check in as often as my clients allow me! ;) A hug, D. ”

Next, we made a series of monographic blocks of each part of the body, starting with the thorax and pelvis, analyzing bones and muscles, to then continue finishing that part of the drawing. We did the same with th...”
