“Brushstroke technique Now I'll teach you some brushstroke techniques that you can apply to your work. First, I'll tell you about the water spray or atomizer, it's a tool that I use a lot, and especially, to manage the wetness on the paper. For me it's a way to manage time, as it means I can spray the stains or the surface so it doesn't dry too quickly. Plus, I use the water spray to wet the pans before using them, the pans tend to harden and when you start your work it's good to have a spray at hand to activate them before you start.
