Creation of an Illustrated Foldable Book

Diferente y creativo camino para ilustrar !

Me ha parecido un buen curso que cumple su propósito. Es interesante conocer otra manera de trabajar con acrílicos.

Roger Ycaza provided heaps of inspiration and lots of great ideas and tips for tackling a picture book. I especially liked the folding book format too. I think this was my favorite illustration class so far :)

Estoy disfrutando mucho el curso! Es una verdadera invitación a desplegar la imaginación, creando historias inspiradas en la música sumando a ello trazos y colores. Me parece una gran oportunidad para desplegar la creatividad y para asumir nuevos desafíos en el anhelo de contar historias que emocionen, acerquen y encuentren a las personas.

Roger Ycaza is an excellent instructor who teaches at a perfect pace. No wasted elements or time. Very engaging personality! I learned a lot and am confident that I can create a foldable book based on this course. Gracias Roger!

This course is trying to do something very high-level--the conceptualization of a book, which is a highly personal process that takes a lifetime to develop. I'm not sure it's possible to follow the instructor's thought process so intuitively. I do appreciate the various examples of illustrators and book styles. My main problem with the course is that the translation is horrible: I know a little Spanish, enough to know that this has been shamelessly entrusted to Google Translate or another bot.

Me ha encantado el curso, la idea de crear un libro silente me encantó, ya que mi sueño es llegar a contar una historia. Roger convierte algo muy complicado en algo sencillo. Explica muy bien todos los pasos y me encantó ver su técnica con los acrílicos. Este curso me ha ayudado a desbloquear y lanzarme. Hice un par de prototipos y sigo trabajando en mi libro silente. Muchas gracias Roger, por el curso y por todos los recursos adicionales, me encanta esta sección!

The idea of this course is amazing, I certainly recommend the course, it is excellent.

Yes, I absolutely recommend this course. This one not only elaborates the process of making an accordion book, but also how to develop a story.

A very interesting course , with good instructions and examples for every step. For a course on foldable books I would have liked to have seen more discussion of, and experimentation with, different formats-these were only briefly mentioned in one lesson. It would also have been useful to have more teaching around how to align the visual narrative to a particular foldable format .Apart from that -a lovely course and an inspiring teacher
