Hello, I'm Cici.

I'm a wife, a mother, and a former makeup artist. But before all of those titles, I was simply a girl who loved creating.

As a child, I was always making something. I drew, painted, crafted—anything that let me express myself. Art was never just a hobby to me; it was where I felt most at home.

I eventually earned a bachelor's degree in Photography, and it was there that I unexpectedly fell in love with makeup artistry. It became more than a career—it became another way for me to create, connect with people, and help them see the beauty in themselves.

Then life changed.

I got married, and I made the decision to step away from makeup artistry. It wasn't a sacrifice or a regret—it was simply choosing the life I wanted to build. Soon after, I became a mother, and with all the love that came with motherhood, I gave every part of myself to my family.

Somewhere along the way, without even realizing it, I stopped creating.

I didn't notice how much I missed that part of me until a dear friend gave me a fountain pen a few months ago. Such a simple gift, yet it awakened something I thought had quietly disappeared. What began as practicing beautiful handwriting soon became a love for calligraphy.

And with every stroke of the pen, I realized I wasn't just learning a new skill—I was finding pieces of myself that had been waiting patiently all along.

Calligraphy has reminded me that the artist inside me never truly left. She was simply quiet for a while.

This page is a reflection of that journey. It's a space where I can create again, embrace slow moments, celebrate imperfect progress, and rediscover the joy of making something with my own hands.

If you're here, thank you for being part of this chapter with me. I hope my work inspires you to slow down, create something beautiful, and perhaps reconnect with a part of yourself you've been missing too.
