Casper Thiel

I am a visual storyteller. When I was a kid everyone thought I was going to be a drawing artist, but I was stubborn and decided to do something else. After finishing high-school I studied film-directing at the filmacademy in Amsterdam and worked for a long time as FirstAD and as director of different TV-formats. 10 years ago I switched to a new skill and started to work as a graphic designer. I started to work as Studio Karakter because I liked to work on my own and i love to tell stories with a clear and strong image. At the moment I combine all my experiences and I enjoy teaching on film and writing. But in my dreams there is another horizon: finally i will answer the call to become an illustrator.
