I'm a New York-based, Spanish-Irish artist originally from Palma, Mallorca. My career has been shaped by activism, counter-culture, pop music, and cartoons. Employing drawing and printmaking as my primary creative modes, my art explores the contradictions inherent within neoliberal societies through an imaginary pop cosmogony.
I worked with the activist group "The Beehive Collective" in Maine in the United States and the outsider art group "Le Dernier Cri," in Marseille, France. Furthermore, I lived and worked in Barcelona, Hamburg, Mexico, France, London, and throughout the U.S. I have also toured the world, giving storytelling presentations with "Project Úter," a collaborative drawing of massive scale about the right to abortion in Spain. I graduated with MFA with a Fulbright scholarship at the School of Visual Arts in New York City, where I now live and work. I have worked for The New Yorker, the UFC, Waitrose Magazine and the Viña Rock Festival, amongst other clients.
