Canay Batırbek Itez

Beyond my intense career as an architect, I have always been a thinker, researcher and maker at the interface of art, architecture, and urban theory in my own cocoon. I participated in numerous competitions, exhibitions and received multiple awards. Over time, I have developed a critical approach between art and architecture driven by different representations of urban realm exposing itself in temporary installations, paper models, literary illustrations, and visual documentation of built environment as I'm the most devoted and intimate to space as an architect.
