Free Download: Procreate Brushes for Traditional Drawing

Discover a pack of free procreate brushes for artists to practice traditional drawing techniques.
Laura Perez is an illustrator and comic book author, who comes from a background of studying Fine Arts in Spain, France, and Canada where she discovered illustration and has made a living from it ever since. Her past clients include The Washington Post, National Geographic, Vanity Fair, American Airlines, and so much more! Recently, she has combined her passion for illustration with the publication of comics, and now works with illustrations, comics, and animation.

One of Laura’s super interesting projects was her work on an audiovisual project for Disney+, where she was asked to participate in the creation of the credits for ‘Only Murders in the Building’, a globally recognized Hulu series that stars Selena Gomez!
Fun fact: Laura was also in charge of making the drawings that appear in the hand of Mabel, the character played by Selena.

If you have ever wanted to learn traditional drawing techniques, but also how to use Procreate to achieve a clean digital finish you can find lessons in her Domestika course “Traditional Drawing Techniques with Procreate”. Students will follow along with Laura as she teaches them how to draw in Procreate using different pencils, brushes, and other tools that imitate the traditional drawing technique of pencil and paper. You will also learn how to make your own brushes, see Laura’s creative process for drawing expressive black-and-white characters, and achieve a fresher and more relaxed style in your work!
In order to get you started we want to offer a free pack of procreate brushes from the course! Feel free to download these prior to starting the course and get a few practice drawings in.
