Bianca Sibiya

I am Bianca, a south african based culture leader in Tech, Fintech, Broadcast
and Film across SSA. I develop future state B2B and B2C strategies for
social platforms, building community, content ecosystems through shared
interests, scaling social selling for brands and driving culture integration
that impacts marketing strategies.

After building the Operations at TikTok Africa for the past 2 years, I
identified significant gaps in how brands, employees and creative agency
partners need to up-skill, optimise and leverage digital platforms, content
tools and the creator economy through culture driven social selling. This
prompted me to establish The Fixer Coalition, to develop platform, content
and creator consulting for brand teams and agency partners. My mission is
to empower everyone to optimise on this attention economy that delivers
value that is meaningful, relevant and measurable.
