I’m passionate about life in general; that is why I try to both live mindfully in the moment and fit in as many experience efficiently as I can. Since I love my peace and quiet in my downtime, once I throw myself into my work or live, I want that to be as impactful as possible with no b*llshit and no idle time.

While this sounds contradictory, this actually led me to dive deep into the topic of personal productivity to make sure I utilize my time the best way I can both efficiently (able to do many things) and effectively (being fully engaged in whatever I do and getting the most out of every experience). “Maximizing life” to me does not mean just ticking off bucket list items mindlessly, it means really being present with mind and body

Following my passion for learning new things and wanting to be as interdisciplinary as I can, I found that as an innovation manager and product manager, especially in the tech industry is well suited to this as in such roles I need to connect many different areas (such as design, marketing, technology, management, ethnographic research, data and more) in a creative, yet productive way.

Because I am such a curious fella and do not hesitate to reinvent myself, over the past 15 years, I worked in a variety of roles (like freelancer, innovation consultant, product manager, COO, teacher, coach and many more) and with a variety of organisations - from NGOs (like AIESEC or the United Nations) to large companies (like Google or Siemens), startups and universities (where I have been teaching Design Thinking and Projektmanagement for the past 10 years).

Throughout all of these experiences I always loved to support individuals in improving both the products and services they offer (or building them from scratch) and the ways they organise themselves as individuals and entire organisations.
